§ 1 Data protection
If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of HYPERLINK "http://dict.leo.org/ende?lp=ende&p=thMx..&search=anonymised" anonymised data or an alias.

The personal data that you gave us is only processed internally and used internally for the administration of the service offer in question. All customer data will be saved and processed internally with regards to the relevant legislations and legal requirements.

Furthermore the customer agrees, to receive information from Peböck concerning services and products (events, promotions….) via e-mail. This agreement can be cancelled by the customer at any time. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.

§ 2 Right to information and contact data
You have a legal right to inspect any stored data concerning your person, and also the right to demand their correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent for their further use. If you wish to obtain information on your personal data, or want us to correct or erase such data, please inform us via e-mail, post or fax.

§ 3 Sharing of data with third parties
The personal data that you gave us including address details and e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties unless we have been given your consent to do so, which is revocable at anytime. Exempt hereof are our service partners who will require personal data to be able to process the order (e.g. the with the delivery commissioned mail-order firm and the with the handling of payments assigned financial institution). All use of your personal data is confined to the purposes stated above, and is only undertaken to the extent necessary for these purposes.

This data protection declaration is to be regarded as part of the internet publication. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
